Fix / Build Sprint · 2–4 weeks

You know what needs fixing. You need it done properly, on a fixed scope.

A fixed-scope sprint that turns an audit fix plan, a feature or a migration into architect-reviewed, deployed code.

2–4 weeks per sprint

Is this for you?

A good fit if you are

  • Audit clients ready to act on their fix plan
  • Teams with a defined feature, integration or migration
  • Founders who want a fixed scope and a fixed timeline rather than open-ended hours

Not the right fit for

  • Undefined scope — start with the MVP Rescue Audit or a scoping call
  • Long-term team extension — see the Architect Retainer

What you get

  • Fixed scope

Agreed in writing before work starts, so you know exactly what ships.

  • Architect-reviewed code

Every pull request reviewed by our Technical Lead.

  • Deployment

Shipped to your environment, not left on a branch.

  • Handover notes

What changed, why, and how to run and extend it.

How it works

  1. Week 0

    Scope

We agree the scope, acceptance criteria and timeline in writing.

  2. Weeks 1–3

    Build

Work happens in your repository with regular demos.

  3. Final week

    Deploy

We deploy, verify and fix anything found in acceptance.

  4. Handover

    Hand over

Handover notes and a walkthrough with your team.

Our Technical Lead, Deepak Kumar Jha, led engineering on LiveHindustan.com at HT Media as it scaled to 60M+ monthly users. Every review and sprint is led by him, not handed to a junior team.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an audit first?

Not always. If the scope is already clear we can start from a scoping call. For AI-built MVPs we recommend the audit, and its fee is credited against the sprint.

What happens if the scope changes mid-sprint?

We agree any change in writing before doing it; it either swaps out something of similar size or moves to the next sprint.

Do you work in our repository?

Yes. Code lives in your repository and your cloud accounts from day one.

Which stacks do you work in?

Mostly Node.js/NestJS, Angular, React and Next.js, PostgreSQL and MongoDB on AWS or similar clouds — including the stacks Lovable, Bolt and Cursor generate.

What happens after the sprint?

You can stop, book another sprint, or move to a monthly retainer for ongoing work.
