5. Payment Terms

6.3 Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kosi Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kosi Digital harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the project agreement. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for work completed.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
